Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days of the order date/Delivery date.
Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags. Please include the packing slip with the return information form filled out.

Please use your order No. as a returns number.

No exchange on worn – part worn boots , safety trainers ,

All safety foot wear returned must be in a resalable condition (as New) in the original box .
We cannot refund your original shipping charge.

Free stock items must be returned in original  package or will be charged for. (snickers ,Cat work wear) unless previously arranged .

Returning only part of a special promotion ie Snickers Workwear only part refund will be issued for the value of the promotion .

(I.E trousers returned & hoodie kept  full price for Hoodie will be charged in full)

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty

If you are not completely satisfied will the Product purchased, please inform us at the earliest opportunity, exactly what is the fault, the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent, when and how you discovered the fault, how the fault affected your use of the Goods. To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are faulty. you received the wrong items?

If you revive the wrong items you must report it to us in a reasonable time frame. We Will dispatch a new order & We  will arrange a uplift of the wrong items with our courier partners

Failure to present packed returns for 2 separate uplifts will be deemed as failure to return the items and  the customer will be charged to  the card that they made the original purchase with .
